I had a great stay at this hostel. The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the AC worked well. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and some of them spoke good English. The location was ideal, with the bus station and supermarkets within a 15-minute walk. Nothing to complain about at all.

The property is conveniently located near interesting places like a church, a bullfight ring, and a cultural center. I had a blast attending mass, watching bullfights, and exploring the local culture.
Nothing like having an airport nearby to bring some excitement and noise to your stay. It was the soundtrack to my vacation.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were charming and it felt like a home away from home. The common areas were perfect for relaxing and socializing with other guests. As a senior, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with elevators available to easily move between floors. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.
If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation, it would be for the children working there to be more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little extra care and assistance would go a long way in ensuring a truly enjoyable experience for older individuals.

The location of the hostel is very convenient, as it is close to the bus station and in downtown Cancun. This makes it easy to explore the city and access transportation. there is a small park nearby where you can enjoy the beauty of fireflies at night. the hostel also offers a comfortable open-air kitchen and eating area, perfect for socializing with other guests.
Some of the outside spaces in the hostel lack comfort, with benches without pillows and uncomfortable hammocks.
